Contact Us to Request Machine Repair Service in Minnesota
To request service on a CNC machine, press brake, laser, hydraulic press or other production equipment in Minnesota, call Minnesota Industrial MachineX at (651) 386-6553. Mechanical engineers back up our Minnesota techs, and when a machine is hard down we can usually respond the same day anywhere in the state. The phone is the quickest way in, and the form further down is for anything that can wait a few hours.
We handle industrial machine repair across the whole plant floor, so one number covers the lathe, the brake and the conveyor.
Call First: (651) 386-6553
A call gets a person who starts working the problem while you’re still on the line. We’ll ask questions, look at whatever photos you can send, and in plenty of cases narrow it down before anyone gets in a truck. That’s our remote machine troubleshooting, and it means the tech who does come out already has a good idea what’s wrong.
Minnesota techs traveling the whole state. Call and we’ll give you a real travel and arrival estimate, every time.
If a machine is stopped right now, our emergency machine repair page covers what to check in the first ten minutes, and then you should call.
What to Have Ready When You Call for Machine Repair
You don’t need all of this, but each item you do have shortens the call and the repair.
- Machine make and model. Something like a Haas VF-4, an Okuma LB3000 or an Amada HG, and the serial number helps too.
- The control. Tell us Fanuc 0i, Siemens 840D, Heidenhain, Mitsubishi, Fagor, or whatever the screen or cabinet says. On a press brake, give us the controller model.
- Alarm number and the exact text. Copy it word for word or snap a picture of the screen. “Servo alarm” by itself could be a dozen different faults.
- What it was doing when it stopped. Maybe it was mid tool change, homing after power-up, halfway through a bend or running a new program. Tell us anything that changed that day, like a crash, a power bump or maintenance work.
- Photos or a short video. Film the grinding noise, the leak at a cylinder or the turret that stops half indexed, because ten seconds of phone video often says more than ten minutes of description.
- A photo of the data plate. If a part has to be replaced, the plate is where machine parts sourcing starts, especially on older or discontinued equipment.
If you’re missing half of it, call anyway and we’ll work with what you’ve got.
